Order Processing Times
- Allow up to 3-4 business days to process your order BEFORE shipping out ! Orders will ship out within 5-10 business days.
- For all holidays and sales events, please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be shipped out!
- PLEASE PROVIDE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS & PHONE NUMBER FOR ALL ORDERS PLACED.
Standard Shipping
- $17.00 !! All orders are shipped by USPS, you will receive tracking information via email when your order has been shipped.
- Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination.
- Simone Lux Hair Collection ships to all 50 states. Unfortunately, international shipping is not currently available.
- We do not ship orders to P.O. Boxes: If you submit a order with a P.O. Box, your order will automatically canceled !!
Pick-Up
- Orders can be picked up within 7-10 business days. Pick up orders can be sooner if items in stock. You will receive a notification via email & text when your order is ready for pick up. ID Verification will be required upon picking up your order.
- All standard shipping orders are shipped with USPS & include package insurance.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Simone Lux Hair Collection:
- is not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
- is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered.
- no refunds will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in the order.
- we are not responsible for deliveries to the wrong address. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure she or he enters their billing & shipping addresses correctly.
- is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any courier delays.
Tracking Your Order
