Shipping policy

Order Processing Times

  • Allow up to 3-4 business days to process your order BEFORE shipping out ! Orders will ship out within 5-10 business days. 
  • For all holidays and sales events, please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be shipped out!
  • PLEASE PROVIDE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS & PHONE NUMBER FOR ALL ORDERS PLACED. 

Standard Shipping

  • $17.00 !! All orders are shipped by USPS, you will receive tracking information via email when your order has been shipped. 
  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination.
  • Simone Lux Hair Collection ships to all 50 states. Unfortunately, international shipping is not currently available. 
  • We do not ship orders to P.O. Boxes: If you submit a order with a P.O. Box, your order will automatically canceled !!

Pick-Up

  • Orders can be picked up within 7-10 business days. Pick up orders can be sooner if items in stock. You will receive a notification via email & text when your order is ready for pick up. ID Verification will be required upon picking up your order. 
  • All standard shipping orders are shipped with USPS & include package insurance.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Simone Lux Hair Collection:

  • is not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages. 
  • is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered.
  • no refunds will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in the order.
  • we are not responsible for deliveries to the wrong address. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure she or he enters their billing & shipping addresses correctly.
  • is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any courier delays.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes tracking details.

  • To check the status of your order, simply enter your order number and email address on our website.

  • Please note: If your order is already being processed or has been shipped, we’re unable to update the shipping address.

Returns and Exchanges

  • All sales are final!!
