Shipping & Processing

• Standard Shipping: $17
• Local Pickup: $1
• Local Delivery: $10

  •  Processing time is 7–10 business days before shipping. Shipping time begins once your order has been processed and marked as shipped. Please allow additional time during flash sales and holidays.
  • For local pickup or delivery, you will be contacted via SMS and email with a scheduled date and time once your order has been processed.
  • Simone Lux Hair Collection ships to all 50 states. Unfortunately, international shipping is not currently available. 
  • We do not ship orders to P.O. Boxes: If you submit an order with a P.O. Box, your order will automatically canceled!!

Pick-Up

  • For local pickup or delivery, you will be contacted via SMS and email with a scheduled date and time once your order has been processed.
  •  You will receive a notification via email & text when your order is ready for pick up. ID Verification will be required upon picking up your order. 

Lost or Damaged Packages

Simone Lux Hair Collection:

  • is not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages. 
  • is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered.
  • no refunds will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in the order.
  • we are not responsible for deliveries to the wrong address. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure she or he enters their billing & shipping addresses correctly.
  • is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any courier delays.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes tracking details.

  • To check the status of your order, simply enter your order number and email address on our website.

  • Please note: If your order is already being processed or has been shipped, we’re unable to update the shipping address.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the sanitary nature of hair extensions, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the package has been opened or the hair has been used. Please schedule your hair appointment after receiving your order, as we are not responsible for missed appointments.
